Recipes for doughnut

Doughnut


Ingredient                
1/2 cup warm milk    } Mix well, & set aside  for 10 minutes
7gram dry yeast       }
1cup water
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 caster sugar
2 eggs
4cups flour

How to prepare
1. In a bowl, Mix flour, spread yeast, eggs, margarine and sugar. Knead for 10 minutes until became a dough. in a greased bowl let the dough spread until becomes 2X bigger.
2. Knead the dough again and make it in a round shape with the hole in the middle..  (Like a doughnut) ;-)
3. Fry with preheated oil until golden brown.. sugar all over the doughnuts, Serve the best to you.. !!
